How do I pay for my treatment?

Payment by BACS transfer. I can take cash if necessary.

Do you offer treatment plans where I can pay for my treatment in stages?

Currently I'm not able to offer monthly payment plans or do any treatment that is paid for retrospectively. Full payment of remaining cost will need to be made on completion of treatment.

Why do you charge an initial consultation fee?

This is common practice. This covers the cost of my time. Don't forget this is included in the price of the treatment, you are essentially just paying a little up-front for your treatment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. The example below is for three areas of treatment with toxin, but you can apply the same principle for any treatment with toxin or filler.

Why do you need a deposit?

Toxin and filler are expensive to buy. I also have to generate a prescription for each client with the pharmacy before I can order the products. This covers any out of pocket cost to myself.

Why don't you need a deposit for cautery and cryotherapy then?

These are less expensive treaments and I have the equipment already. Also I can carry out the treatment at the same time as the consultation. This would mean complete payment on the day.

Why do I need to book my treatment within 28 days?

A lot can happen in a month. The medical information you give me during the initial consultation could change. For example you may become pregnant, which would mean you would not be able to have toxin or fillers. I would need to make sure nothing has changed before carrying out any treatments.

Does this mean I will incur a further consulation cost?

In most cases no. However if you decide to book your treatment a long time after your initial consultation then the initial consultation would no longer be free and you would need to pay full price. I would expect 50% payment up front and 50% on the day.

What if I change my mind, can I get a refund?

I am unable to offer refunds for treatment carried out. This is why I carry out a full assessment prior to offering any treatments and to make sure my clients are happy and confident in their treatment choice. Results from treatments are not guaranteed, and any treatment needed to rectify results is included in the treatment cost.

If you book your treatment during your initial consultation:

On the day cost £125 (50% of total cost, including consultation fee)
Further £125 on day of treatment (remainder of cost)

If you need need time to think, but do book a treatment within 28 days:

On the day cost £50 (consultation fee alone)
On booking treatment £100 (50% of remaining cost)
Further £100 on day of treatment (remainder of cost)
Total £250

If you book a treatment over three months after initial consultation:

On the day cost £50 (consultation fee alone)
On booking treatment £125 (50% of full cost)
Further £125 on day of treatment (remainder of cost)
Total £300
